A NOTE ON OUR GOODS
All our handcrafted items are slow made in small quantities with much love and care.
Our leather goods are made using quality tanned leathers that often bear natural range markings (such as scratches and scars) from during the life of the cow. Each leather item is crafted individually, with shades and finishes varying slightly. We find the unique markings and colouring add to the rugged look of our products, with little effect on wear, overall appearance, or durability.
SHIPPING
We ship Monday through Friday using Canada Post.
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We currently ship to U.S. and Canada.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer local delivery and on-farm pickup for those nearby in Camrose, AB.
EXCHANGES
If you receive a product and it is not as you hoped, please let us know and we will do our best to make it right. Please contact us with your order details within 10 days of receiving the package.
Items must be returned in the original condition they were received, along with any tags or packaging. Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility. International customers will also be responsible for any duties and taxes that may apply.
RETURNS
We will gladly accept returns on products in new, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. If you would like to return a product, please contact us with your order details within 10 days of receiving your order.
You may return your items for store credit or a full refund of the amount which you paid at the time of purchase. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Products that are ineligible for return include:
- Personalized products
- Downloadable products
- Gift Cards
- Sale items
Returned goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure they are packed properly so they do not get damaged on the way. All goods will be inspected on return.
Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately three days after the date of processing.
Only products purchased directly through Grey Arrow Farm may be returned. Grey Arrow Farm products purchased from another retailer must be returned to the original seller.
DAMAGED GOODS
If a product you receive is damaged, please contact us with your order details within 48 hours and include a photograph of the damage.
